You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers. Please understand that while we try to be responsive and accommodating to our guests, it’s not always possible to respond to the multitude of questions we receive by phone/e-mail. We’ve compiled some questions we hear more than others below for your convenience.

Box Office hours

H•MAC’s box office is open to purchase tickets to shows up to the day of the show. Tickets can be purchased at the box office Monday-Friday: 5PM–8PM, Saturday: 2PM–8PM.

Premium seating

Premium seating is available for some shows and will be offered at the time of purchase.

Private events

We have multiple venue spaces and can cater to groups of 25-1,000 for private events. Please contact booking@hbgarts.com for more information about hosting your private event with us.

Book your local band

We love local talent! To have your band considered for booking at H•MAC, kindly send links to your band’s web presence (web site, YouTube, SoundCloud, Facebook/Instagram, etc.) and samples of your music to booking@hbgarts.com. Be sure to designate a contact person for your band and how we can get in touch with you directly. Bands not following these minimum requirements will not be considered for booking at H•MAC.

Buying tickets to a show

When tickets go on sale for a show you can purchase tickets right here on our website or on our EventBrite site. You also may buy certain show tickets at our box office up until the day of the show (unless sold out prior). There are no service fees charged at the box office if you are purchasing tickets on the day tickets are going on sale to the public.

Bringing your child to a show

Most H•MAC shows are 18+. However, children (under 18) are allowed to attend specially-designated shows only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (proof is required). Shows explicitly restricted to children (under 18) are designated as such in the event’s description.

General customer safety

Please arrive early to the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the queue and enter the venue. Prior to entering the venue, guests will be searched (wand or walk through metal detection and/or pat-downs) to ensure that none of the restricted items enters the building.

We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home. You may be asked to empty your pockets of all items so that they can be examined.

All alcohol and narcotic laws will be strictly enforced.

All bags will be searched and must adhere to our bag policy. Only the following bags are allowed: Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (Maximum size: 12″x6″x12″). Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (Maximum size: 4.5″ x 6.5″).

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. If you see something that concerns you, please say something to our Management or Security so we can ensure the best experience possible.
Items you can’t bring to the venue

No outside food or drink allowed. No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm. Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted. No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind. No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers. No professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs) No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind. No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm. No bags will be allowed if outside of the bag policy. No stuffed animals or toys of any kind. This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management

Parking around H•MAC is plentiful and often free of charge. Recommended parking suggestions can be found on our Parking page.

ADA and accessibility

H•MAC is fully ADA-compliant and equipped with elevators to accommodate our guests getting to our multi-floor venues. Additionally, we offer ADA seating and additional accommodations (as needed) for those with disabilities. Please contact the box office directly in advance of your show for details: 717-412-4342. To inquire on-site/upon arrival, please arrive as early as possible to speak to a Guest Services or Box Office representative for assistance.
