It’s the story of two tramps that are waiting for a mysterious Msr. Godot that will deliver unto them the answers to their questionable existence.

Narçisse Theatre Company’s production of Samuel Beckett’s “Waiting for Godot, A Tragicomedy in Two Acts” takes a further look. Artistic Director FL Henley Jr describes this production as “a neo-Marxist, absurdist study of the African-American socio-economic class structure and its relationship to the white supremacy, capitalism, and patriarchy embedded within the founding DNA of American society”.

Narçisse Theatre Company is a community-based, non-profit organization dedicated to uniting the local arts community and developing artists from outside the mainstream. Not only are we committed to showcasing thought-provoking revivals, but half of all of our productions are original plays from Harrisburg playwrights.

The Ol’ Girl (NTC) is currently seeking to make new friends. We are looking sponsors, actors, playwrights, artists, volunteers, donors, and donations. We love Harrisburg and want to do great things here. Come help us create a thing of beauty. Come check us out at www.narcissetheatre.org .[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
